October 14 Update: Latest Hanjin Procedures

The following update (as of October 14) concerns the latest procedures for handling Hanjin cargo and equipment at the Port of New York and New Jersey.  M/V Hanjin Switzerland The Hanjin Switzerland discharged some containers at Maher Terminals and shifted to GCT Bayonne this afternoon to complete the discharge. Once the vessel is complete at GCT, any imports discharged at GCT, that are fully released by US Customs, will be placed on barges and sent to Maher Terminals for delivery out the gate.
