The eastbound lanes of the Goethals Bridge will be closed Monday, April 17, starting at 10 p.m. for emergency road repairs. The bridge will reopen Tuesday, April 18, at 5 a.m. The westbound lanes will remain open throughout this period. The closure is required to address pavement deterioration at several locations on the eastbound lanes of the bridge. Please observe the following specifics: GCT Bayonne will open at 6 AM and require no appointments. AMPT will open at 7 AM. Maher, PNCT, RHCT, & GCTNY will open at 8 AM, as will the Polaris St. Depot.  An important notice for all truckers. Please note: There will be no queuing overnight to facilitate snow removal.
