All emergency repairs are complete.   12/27/17 The eastbound Newark Bay-Hudson County Extension of the New Jersey Turnpike is closed to traffic between Interchanges 14 and 14A, as of Wednesday, December 27. The New Jersey Turnpike Authority has closed the section of the roadway for emergency structural repairs. All trucks servicing GCT Bayonne should plan to use an alternate route while emergency maintenance repairs are underway. The westbound lanes are unaffected.
