On Saturday, May 16, the Port of New York and New Jersey welcomed the MV Hyundai Hope at GCT Bayonne – marking the return of the ocean carrier formerly known as Hyundai Merchant Marine but now branded as HMM, after a three-year hiatus. On November 30th, the Neopanamax container ship Theseus arrived at the Port’s largest facility, Maher Terminals. Port department staff were on hand to welcome Captain Tsipouras Dimitrios and his crew, presenting the captain with a plaque to celebrate the ship’s inaugural visit.
