All container terminals at the Port of New York and New Jersey will open on Friday, February 10, 2017.  Port Newark Container Terminal (PNCT) will have a delayed opening (per below).

GCT Bayonne, APM Terminal, & Maher will open at 0600 (6 AM). No appointments will be required at GCT Bayonne.

GCT NY & Red Hook Container Terminal (RHCT) will open at 0800 (8 AM).

For GCT Bayonne:

GCT Bayonne will be also be OPEN on Sunday, February 12, 2017 from 0600-1300 (6 AM to 1 PM).

No reefers or OOG will be handled.

GCT Bayonne will be also be OPEN on Monday, February 13, 2017 from 0600-1500(6 AM to 3 PM) for all types of gate moves. Appointments will be mandatory from 0600 – 0900 (6 AM to 9 AM) on Sunday, February 12, 2017 and Monday February 13, 2017.

For PNCT:

The truck line at PNCT will not open on Friday, February 10 until 1300 (1 PM).

NO QUEUING WILL BE ALLOWED BEFORE 1245 (12:45 PM).

Any truckers seeking to queue before 1245 will be sent away by the PAPD. 

The gate at PNCT will remain open on Friday, February 10 until 1900 (700 PM).

It will also open on Monday, February 13.

There is no queuing overnight on public roads.
