Hanjin Baltimore Makes Inaugural Port Call on Port of New York and New Jersey
On Thursday, August 14, the Hanjin Baltimore made its inaugural port call to the Port of New York and New Jersey at Maher Terminals. The Hanjin Baltimore is a 7,471 TEU vessel built by Hyundai Heavy Industries Ltd. at their South Korean shipyard in 2005. As part of the AW8 weekly service string, the Baltimore will call on ports in China and Singapore before transiting the Suez Canal reaching the Port of New York and New Jersey in only 24 days.
